Service Description

Shinrin Yoku "Forest Bathing" has been practiced in Japan for over a decade & has been clinically-proven to have a positive effect on our overall health. Come increase your NK (Natural Killer) cells while also slowing down to enjoy the present moment while also basking in the beauty of the forest. Family walks are custom-designed for your family, can be centered around a milestone or celebration, & will include some time for nature play, if children are walking. $125 per family; limited to no more than 20 participants in total.
